I'm confused about how to play / I need a refresher.

No problem! Head to Settings → How to Play to replay the in-game tutorial anytime. It walks through the basics whenever you need it.

How many letters can I add?

You can add up to three letters to build your words. Make 'em count!

How do the difficulty levels work?

Think Tank has three difficulty modes — Casual, Standard, and Challenge — and they change how much of the puzzle you're expected to solve:

• Casual is the most relaxed. There are fewer possible answers in play, and you only need to find a small portion of them to complete the puzzle.
• Standard opens up a wider pool of possible words, and asks you to find more of them.
• Challenge is for word lovers who want to dig deep — the largest pool of possible answers, and the highest share you'll need to find. Each level up adds more valid words to discover and raises the bar for how many you need. So higher difficulties aren't just "more words exist" — they ask more of you, too.

What does the Ad-Free purchase include?

I bought the Ad-Free upgrade but don't see it / got a new phone.

Your purchase is tied to your Apple/Google account and can be restored. Look for a "Restore Purchases" option in Settings, or reach out at thinktank.support@gmail.com if anything's off.
